How to send a log file to us?

You can send us the bug log by following these steps:

  1. Repeat the exact step that caused error.
  2. Quit Ubi from UbiMenu or by unplugging the camera.
  3. Describe your problem briefly.
  4. Open a File explorer (Windows+E) and type %ubi%\ubi in your address bar. You will find a folder file called \zip_log and \UbiLogLastSession in this location. Zip these two folders and send to us.
