You can send us the Ubi log by following these steps:
- Repeat the exact step that caused error.
- Quit Ubi from UbiMenu or by unplugging the camera.
- Describe your problem briefly.
- Open a File explorer (Windows+E) and type %ubi%\ubi in your address bar. You will find a folder file called \zip_log and \UbiLogLastSession in this location. Zip these two folders and send to us. (If the language of your Operating System is not English, you can navigate directly to the ubi folder from the File explorer. It is located at C:\Users\Public\Documents\ubi in your language).
